Canadian residents can do real time online credit card processing in Canadian dollars or US dollars using PSiGate, which is integrated with your shopping cart.
 You cannot charge in both US and Canadian dollars within the same site so you may only choose one currency.
To set up payment processing with PSiGate.com, you'll need to create an account with PSiGate.com. If you already have a merchant account, you're able to register for a PSiGate payment gateway account only instead of both a merchant account and payment gateway account.
To Set Up PSIGate Accounts If You Are:

- Go to 'Edit Store' -> 'Shopping Cart' -> 'Payment Processing'.
- Click Canadian Merchant Accounts & Gateway Application and you'll be taken to the PSIGate website.
- Click 'Merchant Account and Gateway Application' on the PSIGate website.
- Fill out the forms and make sure to check off options for 'Canadian IDs Required'.

| Have a Canadian Merchant Account and only need a Payment Gateway |
- Go to 'Edit Store' -> 'Shopping Cart' -> 'Payment Processing'.
- Click Merchant Account Services and you'll be taken to the PSIGate website.
- Click 'online application'.
- Click 'Gateway Application'
- Select from the '$ Canadian' options and continue filling out the form.

| Need a US Merchant Account and Payment Gateway |
- Go to 'Edit Store' -> 'Shopping Cart' -> 'Payment Processing'.
- Click Canadian Merchant Accounts & Gateway Application and you'll be taken to the PSIGate website.
- In the index on the left side of the page, under the 'US Merchant Application', click 'Merchant Account & Gateway'.
- Fill out and submit the application form.

>Go to 'Edit Store' -> 'Shopping Cart' -> 'Payment Processing'.
- Click Merchant Account Services and you'll be taken to the PSIGate website.
- In the top index scroll over 'Apply Now' > 'US Merchant Application' > and click 'Gateway Only'.
- Fill out and submit the application form.

It may take some time for your application to be processed. Once approved by PSiGate, you'll receive the Store ID and Passphrase that you'll need to set up your shopping cart.

To Set Up PSiGate With Your Shopping Cart
- Go to 'Edit Store' -> 'Payment Processing'.
- If this is your first time setting up your payment processing options, select either Canadian dollars or US dollars from the drop down list.
 NOTE: If your currency is already set and you wish to change it, please contact Support.
- Select PSIGate Merchant Account Processing.
- PSiGate will provide you with a Store ID and Passphrase. Enter the Store ID within the Username field and the Passphrase within the Password field.
- Click on the 'Save' button.
You may also offer your customers offline payment options or PayPal along with PSiGate. Please see the related knowledge below for more details.
- Go to 'Edit Store' -> 'Payment Processing'.
- If you would like to be notified via email every time an order is received, enter your email address under 'Email Notification'.
 This is the same email address used to send out order confirmation emails to your customers after they pay for their goods and services.
- Enter your payment restrictions.
- Decide whether to make the CCV code (the 3 or 4 digit code on the back of credit cards) required and then check or leave unchecked the box by 'Check to enable collection of three-digit CCV code on back of credit card'.
- Mark off 'PSIGate Merchant Account Processing'. You'll notice step-by-step instructions for application for a Merchant Account, Payment Gateway, or both. These are the same directions for setting up your PSIGate Accounts as the ones above. Once you have set up your PSIGate accounts, PSIGate will provide you with a Store ID and Passphrase. Be sure to enter the Store ID within the Username field and the Passphrase within the Password field.
- Save your changes.
You can also offer PayPal or offline payment options with PSIGate.
