Set up SecurePay for Australian$ credit card processing

Because SecurePay payment processing is integrated with your shopping cart, Australian residents are able to accept credit card payments in Australian dollars easily. Your site will collect and store what products were bought, the billing info, shipping info and credit card info.

To set up SecurePay with the Shopping Cart

Enter your payment restrictions.

  1. Go to 'Edit Store' -> 'Payment Processing'.
  2. If this is your first time setting up your payment processing options, select Australian Dollar from the currency drop down list.
    Green Warning NOTE: If your currency is already set to something other than Australian dollars, please contact Support to request a change to AUD.
  3. Select Secure Pay.
  4. Enter your SecureyPay ID and Transaction Key.
  5. Click on the 'Save' button.

Green Warning You may also offer your customers offline payment options or PayPal along with SecurePay. Please see the related knowledge below for more details.

To Set Up a SecurePay Account

  1. Go to  'Edit Store' -> 'Payment Processing' on the left.
  2. Beneath the 'SecurePay.com.au Merchant Account Processing' option you'll find step-by-step instructions for the application process. Once your application is approved, you'll receive an email from SecurePay containing your SecurePay.com.au ID (3 letters followed by 4 numbers) and a Transaction password.

 

To Set Up SecurePay with the Shopping Cart

Enter your payment restrictions.

  1. Go to 'Edit Store' -> 'Payment Processing'.
  2. If you would like to be notified via email every time an order is received, enter your email address under 'Email Notification'.
    Yellow Warning This is the same email address used to send out order confirmation emails to your customers after they pay for their goods and services.
  3. Decide whether to make the CCV code (the 3 or 4 digit code on the back of credit cards) required and then check or leave unchecked the box by 'Check to enable collection of three-digit CCV code on back of credit card'.
  4. Mark off 'SecurePay.com.au Merchant Account Processing' and enter in your SecurePay Merchant ID (3 letters followed by 4 numbers) and Transaction Key in the boxes provided.
  5. Save your changes.

Green Warning You may also offer PayPal or offline payment processing to your customer with SecurePay.
