When you choose to use manual credit card processing, your shopping cart automatically collects all the order information received from your customers. You then take this order information and process the payments yourself through a method like your in-store credit card processing terminal.
Payments are not processed automatically through your website.

You can also offer PayPal and offline payment options to your customers along with Manual processing.
Due to credit card security protocols, you are not able to collect credit card CVV codes using manual processing. In order to collect the CVV code, you must use an integrated payment processor such as Authorize.net or PayPal.
