Message boards let you communicate with your visitors and website members. Your visitors can post and read messages on several different topics, and you can allow for Anonymous and/or Member posts. You are also able to edit topic names and messages. Members create their own profile including a member name and if you like, you can give them a special title (e.g. CEO, 5 star member). You can also allow members to help you moderate your various message boards.
Recommended UsesThis feature can be useful for building a community of loyal customers, creating a center for customer support and answers, or providing a means for staff to communicate.
