Link Within Same Page - Easy Editor

To create a link within the same page:

  1. Click 'Edit Page' on the toolbar.
  2. Place your cursor in front of the first word of the area you want to link to and click on the 'Insert/Edit Anchor' tool from the toolbar of the Easy Editor.
  3. Enter a name for the anchor in the pop-up window and click 'OK'.
    Yellow WarningNOTE: Don't put spaces in the anchor name and make sure to remember what you named it. You'll see a little yellow anchor where your cursor was.

  4. Type and/or highlight the text you want to link.
  5. Click on the 'Link' tool from the Easy Editor toolbar.
  6. Use the dropdown menu under 'Link Type' and select 'Link to anchor in the text'.
  7. Select the name of your anchor from the drop down menu under 'Select An Anchor' and 'By Anchor Name' Click 'OK'.
  8. Click the green 'Save' button from either the top right or bottom of your Edit Page.
