PayPal Order, but No Payment

When a customer places an order through your site's cart and selects to pay via PayPal, they are taken to PayPal's site to pay you. The order is considered completed at this time by your cart, even if the customer does not complete the payment process at PayPal's site.

If this happens, your best option is to contact the customer(s) and ensure they wish to proceed with the order. If so, you can ask they re-place the order, or can request the funds through PayPal.
