Link an Image to Another Page

To create an image link:

  1. Insert your image using the Easy Editor's 'Image' tool.
  2. Highlight your image and click on the 'Image' button. Within the Image Properties window, click on the 'Link' tab.

  3. Enter the web address of the page you want to link to in the 'URL' field, then select the way you'd like your page to open from the 'Target' drop down:

    • New Window (_blank): Your link will open in a window that pops up on top of your current window.

    • Topmost Window (_topmost): Your link will open within the same window in the newest tab or in the same tab depending on which browser your visitor is using (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox).

    • Same Window (_self): Your link will open within the same window and in the same tab.

    • Parent Window (_parent): Your link will open within the same window in the newest tab or in the same tab depending on which browser your visitor is using (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox).

Make sure that when you enter the web address that you remembered the "http://" at the beginning of the address.

    Click 'OK.'

  4. Save your page.

Green Warning TIP: You can remove the border that appears around a linked image by right clicking on the image in the Easy Editor. Click on 'Image Properties' then change 'Border' to 0 (type in the number 0).
