Embed a YouTube Video

For each video, YouTube provides a URL to view the video as well as embed code on the right-hand side below the description.

Display the video on a Multimedia Page

  1. Copy (CTRL + C) the URL YouTube provides for the particular video.
  2. Add or edit an existing Multimedia page.
  3. On the left-hand menu click on 'Manage Media'.
  4. Click on 'Add Media'.
  5. Select 'Use a  YouTube video'.
  6. Enter the Title for the video - this will be displayed above the video.
  7. Paste (CTRL + V) the URL you copied in the first step.
  8. Click on 'ADD'.
  9. Click on 'SAVE'.

Embed the video on any page

  1. Find embed code by viewing the video, clicking the Share button, then clicking Embed.
  2. Copy (CTRL + C) the embed code YouTube provides in the text box.
  3. Edit the page you want to display the video on.
  4. Click on 'HTML' on the Easy Editor toolbar.
  5. Scroll to where you want to display the video and paste (CTRL + V) the code.
  6. Save your page.
