Send and Receive Email in Outlook 2019 or Newer
  1. Click File - > Add Account.



  2. Enter your email address and click Connect.



  3. Enter your email password and click Connect.



  4. Outlook should automatically find the correct server settings and display the Account successfully added screen, indicating your email is ready to send and receive. If you don't see this screen, or see an error, proceed to step 5.



  5. Return to the Account Information screen by clicking File -> Account Settings -> Server Settings.



  6. In the IMAP Account Settings window, verify that the following information is entered:
    • Username: your email address
    • Password: your email account password
    • Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
    • Port: 993
    • Encryption method: SSL/TLS



  7. Click Outgoing mail and verify that the following information is entered:
    • Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
    • Port: 465
    • Encryption method: SSL/TLS
    • Check the box labeled "My outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication", and select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".
    • Click Next, and your email should now be ready to send and receive.
