Outlook should automatically find the correct server settings and display the Account successfully added screen, indicating your email is ready to send and receive. If you don't see this screen, or see an error, proceed to step 5.
Return to the Account Information screen by clicking File -> Account Settings -> Server Settings.
In the IMAP Account Settings window, verify that the following information is entered:
Username: your email address
Password: your email account password
Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: SSL/TLS
Click Outgoing mail and verify that the following information is entered:
Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
Port: 465
Encryption method: SSL/TLS
Check the box labeled "My outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication", and select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".
Click Next, and your email should now be ready to send and receive.
