First, open Windows 10 Mail. If you already have another account set up, click the Settings icon (looks like a gear) in the bottom left, and select Manage Accounts, then Add Account. If you are setting up your first email account in Windows 10 Mail, this window will be shown automatically when you open the application.
In the Add an Account window that appears, scroll down to the bottom of the list and select Advanced setup. Depending on your device, it may not be obvious that this window has a scroll bar - just hover your mouse cursor over the window and scroll down.
In the Advanced setup window, select Internet email.
In the Internet email account window, enter the following information:
Email Address: (your email address)
User name: (your email address)
Password: (your email password)
Account name: Enter how you want the account to appear in Windows Mail, eg "My Website Email"
Send your messages using this name: Enter the name you want outgoing mail to be from
Incoming email server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
Account type: IMAP4
Outgoing email server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
Outgoing server requires authentication: Yes (checked)
Use the same user name and password for sending email: Yes (checked)
Require SSL for incoming email: Yes (checked)
Require SSL for outgoing email: Yes (checked)
Click Sign in to complete the setup of your account.
