You can change the domain name associated with your website any time you want. If the domain you wish to have associated with your site is registered elsewhere, please contact our support team and provide them with the following information:
- Your existing domain name
- Your new domain name
As well as either of the following, for account verification purposes:
- The last 4 digits of the credit card on file
- The full billing address of the credit card on file
Once we can verify your ownership of the account, your domain change request will be processed. You will also need to contact the registrar of your new domain and update the DNS settings for the domain to point to our servers:
- ns1.domaincityservers.com
- ns2.domaincityservers.com
Once this process is complete, your site will be online at your new domain within 24-72 hours.
