Your website is viewable and customers can successfully purchase on BlackBerry phones if the following configuration is set:
- Open the BlackBerry browser.
- From the BlackBerry menu, choose 'Options'.
- Select 'Browser Configuration'.
- Checkmark "Support Javascript".
- Checkmark "Support Embedded Media".
- For Show Images, select 'On WML & HTML Pages'.
- For Browser Identification, select 'Firefox'.
- From the BlackBerry menu, choose 'Save Options'.
