To setup your Email Account using your Blackberry Device, please follow the instruction below:

1. Login into your BIS account provided by your Blackberry service provider. If you don't already have a BIS account setup, please contact your Blackberry service Provider.
2. Under 'Services' -> 'Email Accounts' -> click on 'Set Up Account'.
3. Enter in your 'Full Email Address' and the 'Password' for your email account.
4. Click on 'Next' and wait until your account
5. Wait for the Message box to confirm the Email Account is setup properly.
   The message should state "You have successfully configured access to: 'your email account appears here' ".
   
   
6. Click on 'OK'.
   

Please make sure that you have the Incoming and Outgoing server names set to: mail.citymax.com
