Send and Receive Email in Outlook Express
  1. Click 'Tools' -> 'Accounts' -> click 'Add' -> 'Mail...'.
  2. Choose a 'Display Name' and click 'Next'.
  3. Enter your email address in the box by 'E-mail Address' and click 'Next'.
  4. Select 'POP3' by 'My incoming mail server is a POP3 server'. Enter server information provided below -> click 'Next'.

    My incoming mail server is a POP3 server.
    Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
    Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: mail.b.hostedemail.com

  5. Type in your account name (this is your email address). Also enter your password and check 'remember password'.
    Yellow Warning IMPORTANT: Do not check 'Secure Password Authentication'.
    Remember password: CHECKED
    Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA): NOT CHECKED
  6. Click 'Finish'.
  7. Double click on your email account. Click on the 'Servers' tab. Put a check by 'My server requires authentication' and then click on 'OK'.
