AOL requires a different SMTP port as they have blocked most ports to prevent spam. You will want to set your outgoing SMTP port to 587 and keep your other settings the same:
Incoming server (POP3): mail.b.hostedemail.com
Outgoing server (SMTP): mail.b.hostedemail.com
The outgoing mail server requires authentication (use the same as the incoming server).
The server does not require Secure Password Authentication (SPA).
