Keep Your Domain

We can push your domain name into your own eNom account so that you have complete control of your domain name. This would allow you to transfer the domain to the registrar of your choice, or update the DNS nameservers to point your domain to a different web host.

  1. Go to http://www.enomcentral.com and sign up for a FREE eNom account.

  2. Visit the eNom help center, log in to your account, and click the orange "Go To Our Support Center" button.

  3. At the top right of the page, click Submit a Request.

  4. In the dropdown menu, choose Support Request.

  5. Enter "Domain Push" as the Subject.

  6. In the Description field, copy and paste the following text: "Please enable domain push for my account."

  7. Set the Priority to Urgent, and click Submit.

  8. Once eNom has responded to your support ticket, send us the following information:
    • The domain name
    • The email address associated with your site
    • The last 4 digits of the credit card on file
    • The Login ID of your new eNom account
    • Confirmation that eNom has enabled domain push for your account

Once we receive this information we will attempt to push your domain name into your own eNom account. Once the domain is your eNom account, you can login to make any changes you need. A reminder that if you are planning to move your domain to a different website host, this process does not cancel your website account. If you need to cancel, you can navigate to Account > Billing in your website builder and follow the cancellation instructions on the right side of the page.

Yellow Warning NOTE: With your domain being under your management you will be responsible for renewing your domain name before it expires.
