This is almost always a problem with your cookies file. A cookies file is a file kept on your computer to help us positively identify you are who you say you are when you access our site. It is essentially used as a security measure by [host.name]. If you do not have cookies enabled on your browser, you will not be able to log in.
How to enable cookies varies depending on which browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Safari) and what browser version (e.g. Internet Explorer 7.0) you're on. To find out which one you're on, go to ThisMachine.info and it will tell you. Then, do a search on google for "enable cookies internet explorer 7.0." Just replace "internet explorer 7.0" with your browser information.
