Send and Receive Email in Outlook 2002, 2003, XP
  1. Click on 'Tools' -> 'E-mail Accounts'.
  2. Select 'Add a new e-mail account' -> click 'Next'.
  3. Select POP3 -> click 'Next'.
  4. Next, use these settings:

    User Information
    Your Name: [name that will be seen by email recipients]
    E-mail address: [your email address]

    Logon Information
    User Name: [your email address]
    Password: [your email password]
    Remember Password: CHECKED

    Server Information
    Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.b.hostedemail.com
    Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.b.hostedemail.com

    Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA): NOT CHECKED

  1. Click 'More Settings...' -> 'Outgoing Server'. Use these settings and then click 'OK'.

    My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication: CHECKED
    Use same settings as my incoming mail server: CHECKED

  1. After that, click 'Next' and then 'Finish'.
