Your emails may accidentally get blocked by your recipient's email client because they are mistaken for spam. Your recipients can prevent this by either adding your email address to their contacts/address book or adding your address to a "safe list" to prevent this.
If you receive a bounce message when attempting to send an email, the message should give an indication as to why the message was returned; this can include:
- The recipient's email account is full.
- The recipient's email server is down.
- The email address is wrong.
If you do receive an error or bounce message when sending an email and are unclear as to the reason, please submit a support ticket and copy and paste the entire message.
