Clear / Delete Browser Cache

PC

  1. Internet Explorer:
    1. Click on 'Tools'.
    2. Click on 'Internet Options'.
    3. Within the 'Temporary Internet' files section, click on 'Delete Files'.
    4. Click on 'OK'.
    5. Restart your browser.
       
  2. Firefox:
    1. Click on 'Tools'.
    2. Click on 'Options'.
    3. Click on 'Privacy'.
    4. Beside Cache, click on 'Clear'.
    5. Click on 'OK'.
    6. Restart your browser.


On a Mac

  1. Safari:
    1. Click on 'Safari'.
    2. Click 'Empty Cache'.
    3. Restart your browser.

  2. Firefox:
    1. Click on 'Firefox' -> 'Preferences'.
    2. Click on 'Privacy'.
    3. Under Private Data click on 'Clear Now'.
    4. Check mark 'Cache'.
    5. Click 'Clear Private Data Now'.
    6. Restart your browser.

  3. Internet Explorer:
    1. Click on 'Internet Explorer'.
    2. Click 'Preferences', then 'Web'.
    3. Click 'Browser' -> 'Advanced'.
    4. Click 'Empty Now'.
    5. Restart your browser.
