If your image isn't working it's likely that:
- Your image was not in one of our guaranteed to work formats: .jpg, jpeg, .gif or .png.
- Your image is saved with a filename that contains characters which our software cannot process or process incorrectly. Please try renaming your image file with only letters, numbers, underscores and no spaces.
- Your image has an error in it that it is preventing it from showing.
If you've corrected these issues and are still having problems, please contact Support.
