Setup Shipping Restrictions

Your Shipping Restriction Message will display on the Shipping & Billing Details page of the checkout process. It is an informational message you can convey to your customers.

To Edit Your Shipping Restriction Message:

  1. Navigate to the 'Edit Store' tab -> 'Shopping Cart' -> on the left-hand menu click on 'Shipping'.
  2. After writing your message in the box called 'Shipping Restriction Message', click on 'Save'.


  • The Shipping Restriction Message will not display if the order only contains downloadable products since shipping does not apply.
  • If the customer enters a location that you do not ship to, the Shipping Restriction Message will display above the message of "You are not within the shipping area."
