If you are having trouble logging in, it usually has to do with one of the problems listed below.

  • You entered your login information incorrectly.
  • The system accepts your e-mail address and password but you are not actually logged in.

You entered your login information incorrectly:

Make sure that you're spelling everything correctly. If you forget your password, click the link for a password reminder.

The system accepts your e-mail address and password but you are not actually logged in:

This problem occurs if you successfully login but anytime you try to edit you are prompted to login again.

This is almost always a problem with your cookies file. A cookies file is a file kept on your computer to help us positively identify you are who you say you are when you access our site. It is essentially used as a security measure by [host.name]. If you do not have cookies enabled on your browser, you will not be able to log in.

How to enable cookies varies depending on which browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Safari) and what browser version (e.g. Internet Explorer 7.0) you're on. To find out which one you're on, go to ThisMachine.info and it will tell you. Then, do a search on google for "enable cookies internet explorer 7.0." Just replace "internet explorer 7.0" with your browser information.

If you still are unable to login, please click the ''Support Requests' tab above and then click 'Submit a New Request' to contact Support. Make sure to include your web address and a description of what happened when you tried to login. Please include a copy of any error messages you may have seen.
